Welcome to Halcyon Image. I'm Scott Oppen and Halcyon Image is my store. I created Halcyon Image to showcase my work, offer my services and, expand my Horizons. I am ambitiously working to expand my portrait and event work while pursuing my artistic interests which lean toward nature and landscape photography.

Art in all it's various forms has always been a passion for me. In school I sketched and painted as a young adult I played music with local groups and earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Over the past five years I've been infatuated with digital arts and photography and spent all of my spare time honing my craft and competing in local and online competitions. Competing is fulfilling and keeps me motivated but ,my greatest joy is seeing peoples reactions to my work. It really puts a smile on my face.
